INFLUENCE OF PERSONAL VALUES AND PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS IN MANAGEMENT OF HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS

Personal values play an important role as basic principles that guide people's behavior and decision-making. And professional commitment contributes to the continuation of the profession through active participation in the effectiveness of the organization. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between personal values and professional obligations of employees in the management of healthcare organizations. The purpose of the study is to study the relationship between personal values and professional obligations of employees working in healthcare organizations in Turkestan. The research work was carried out by a descriptive method and survey tools were used. Data were collected from Ahmet Yasawi clinic located in Turkestan city and Talgat clinics for comparative analysis. 384 employees participated in the survey. SPSS 23.0 software was used for data analysis, and reliability indicators were evaluated using Cronbach's Alpha. The research results show that personal values and professional obligations have a direct impact on employee productivity and effective management of the organization. In addition, the importance of human resource management strategies in healthcare organizations was also determined during the research. Therefore, the results of the research can be the basis for the formation of proposals aimed at improving the personnel management system of medical institutions and increasing efficiency in the field of health care.
