THE INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF MODERN BANKS

In the era of digitalization, the usual innovative financial offers are changing, new services for end users are emerging. Despite the fact that the banking sector is currently one of the most technologically advanced areas in the international financial market, it must compete with new entrants in the form of various fintech companies. The use of high-tech technologies makes it possible to improve the competitiveness of banking offers, as well as change the individuality of their creation and distribution. The main factor in increasing the competitiveness of a bank with the help of a high-tech product is the speed of its creation and entry into the market, since this affects the speed of acquiring competitive advantages. The demand for a banking product/service is determined by competitiveness, high-tech, customer orientation and creates the image of the bank. Privileges over others in the banking sector are mainly provided by reducing costs, product line diversity and targeting a specific customer segment. In this regard, the assessment of the possibilities of introducing such technologies into international banking is an urgent task. Thus, the introduction of innovative technologies into the work of domestic banks helps to increase their competitiveness.
The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and practical foundations for assessing the impact of advanced financial technologies on the current change in the banking system.
