HELICICULTURE IN KAZAKHSTAN: ECONOMIC ASPECTS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS The relevance of the topic is due to the growing interest in snail farming, which is actively developing at the global level; it is aimed at rearing and processing snails (recycling). Due to the existing demand for products in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, snail farming is successfully developing. This stimulates interest in the new area, offering possible prospects for its growth and implementation in the economy of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the article is to explore the economic aspects and possibilities of the formation and development of this industry. Important aspects include relatively low start-up costs, the possibility of producing and processing environmentally friendly products, as well as the existing demand for the range abroad. The article highlights the problems that hinder the development of the industry, conducts a SWOT analysis, and shows the experience of near and far abroad countries. The nutritional characteristics of snails were also studied in comparison with other animals, and a description of the resource and environmental costs associated with producing 1 kg of protein was provided. The models that can help in the formation and development of snail farming were presented by the authors. They can be comprehensive and take into account both economic, technological and organizational aspects. For the effective implementation of business models, it is necessary to develop: infrastructure (statutory and regulatory requirements, including certification, transport and logistics); a training program for farmers; a scheme for attracting investment and transferring technologies; processing optimization; marketing strategies; links between science, research institutes and production. As a conclusion, it was determined that heliceculture in Kazakhstan can contribute to the diversification of the rural economy and the product variety, and has the potential to become a promising export sector.

В представленной статье рассматривается потенциал геймификации как инструмента развития стратегического мышления у менеджеров разного уровня в современных организациях. С быстрым внедрением игровых механик в бизнес-практику возникает потребность в глубоких исследованиях влияния геймификации на принятие решений, лидерские качества и инновационное мышление. Автор обращает внимание на бизнес-симуляторы и кейс-стади (в частности, FLIGBY), способные воспроизводить реальные бизнес-ситуации и формировать у участников комплексное восприятие проблем и путей их решения. Основной аргумент исследования строится на том, что геймификация, благодаря интерактивным сценариям и элементам соревнования, способствует более высокому уровню вовлеченности и мотивации, что положительно отражается на когнитивных процессах, необходимых для стратегического анализа и прогнозирования. Методологическую основу работы составляют сравнительный анализ нескольких бизнес-симуляторов (HumanCapital.kz Business Game, BizSim.kz, Catalyst Kazakhstan, The Business Strategy Game) и углубленное исследование кейса FLIGBY, в котором делается акцент на оценке лидерских качеств и навыках управления командой. Также в исследовании применяются психологические и когнитивные теории мотивации, позволяющие выявить механизмы, лежащие в основе улучшения когнитивных навыков. Практическая значимость статьи проявляется в рекомендациях по интеграции подобных симуляторов в корпоративные программы обучения и развития, что особенно актуально в рамках национальной инициативы «Цифровой Казахстан» и в условиях глобальной конкуренции. Итоги и выводы работы свидетельствуют о том, что использование геймификации в образовательном и бизнес-контексте способствует формированию стратегического мышления, а также развивает умения принимать взвешенные решения в условиях неопределенности и стремительных изменений внешней среды.

В современном мире существенное влияние на производство энергии оказывают экологические факторы. Развитые страны мира, в том числе их ведущие транснациональные энергетические компании, ставят своим главным ориентиром на 2030—2060 гг. переход и поддержку низкоуглеродной энергетики и углеродной нейтральности. Развитие производства возобновляемой энергии является одним из главных способов разрешения проблем изменения климата, потерь биоразнообразия и растущих уровней загрязнения окружающей среды. Сегодня, в энергетическом балансе Казахстана доминирует ископаемое топливо. Страна имеет самые крупные источники выбросов парниковых газов в Центральной Азии. На энергетический сектор приходится 85% выбросов парниковых газов от общего объема. Диверсификация данной отрасли путем развития сектора возобновляемой энергетики является актуальной задачей страны. Трансформация энергетической структуры Казахстана, в частности, переход на возобновляемые источники энергии требует разработки и применения поддерживающих мер энергетической и финансовой политик. Целью данной статьи является выявление степени разработки энергетической и финансовой политик для развития сектора возобновляемой энергетики в Казахстане с учетом зарубежного опыта. Авторами в статье дана характеристика инструментов энергетической и финансовой политик развития возобновляемой энергетики в Казахстане и зарубежных странах. Проведенное авторами исследование показало, насколько активно Казахстан использует международный опыт в разработке энергетической и финансовой политик, интегрируя в развитие возобновляемой энергетики способы и приемы продвижения данного сектора. Также показано, какие инструменты следует применять для ускоренного развития и рыночного регулирования сектора возобновляемой энергетики.

The research examines the dynamics of the cattle farming development in the Republic of Kazakhstan over the past three years on the basis of key indicators. The dynamic changes and comparisons of cattle population in productivity specializations are considered. The main cattle productivity specializations in Kazakhstan regions and their peculiarities are described. The comparative trend of changes in the growth rates of dairy production in general and the average milk yield per dairy cow were identified and registered. The features of conditions that influence the technology of growing, fattening and breeding of the cattle in Northern Kazakhstan are summarized and included in the developed business process map. The map reflects the components of the cattle farming system, the input resources for on-going works and procedures that are aimed at maintenance and exploitation of the cattle for dairy production. For the main production activities reflected in the business process map, extra flowcharts were also compiled, two of them, as examples, are discussed in the article. The objective of the research which consisted in developing a map of business processes in dairy cattle farming as a basis for the formation of a production programme of activities was achieved. The results of the research can be applied in planning production programmes and in financial modelling of business processes, for assessing the efficiency and correcting the development plans of an agricultural enterprise.

The purpose of this paper is to systematize scientific literature on the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) using green information technologies (IT). Bibliometric and textual analysis was performed using the literature found in the Web of Science (WoS) database for 2014-2025. Bibliometric analysis examined the trends, documented types of relevance to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), country of origin, and citation analysis. While for textual analysis, VOS viewer software was used to identify clusters and relationships between keywords and terms extracted from the publications. The analysis of 93 publications shows a growing interest in the research area, with the number increasing annually. The main types of documents are research articles, and the publications largely correspond to SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). The keywords network analysis identified three clusters of research areas: SME impact and tangible benefits, behavioral and managerial aspects, and implementation and strategy. The abstracts ‘terms analysis also revealed two clusters: the role and impact of green IT, and circular economy and sustainable resource management. The study identifies gaps for future research, including the need to study deeper into SDGs 10, 16 and 17, strengthen empirical research, and consider the behavioral and managerial aspects of green IT adoption in SMEs.

In modern market conditions, every organization needs to improve the development of innovative technologies of corporate culture. The proper creation and implementation of this culture contributes to improving the organization's performance. In this article, the authors analyzed the main directions for improving corporate culture and optimizing innovative activities. An analysis of innovative activities was conducted using the example of LLP «InterPress Astana», and various definitions of organizational and corporate culture were presented that most fully describe their essence and content. The article examines the services provided by LLP «InterPress Astana» and outlines the main components of the organization's corporate culture. The authors of the article conducted a SWOT analysis, based on which the potential for the development and implementation of innovative projects was determined, and the results in the areas of innovation were discussed. The scientific research identified the main ways to improve the corporate culture and optimize the innovative activities of LLP «InterPress Astana».

Neuromarketing, a subject that integrates marketing, psychology, and neuroscience to analyse customer behaviour, emerged because of the rapid progress of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, which have revolutionised marketing. This study investigates how network retail's customer segmentation and conversion prediction may be improved by AI-driven neuromarketing. The main goal was to assess how well predictive models (Random Forest and XGBoost) and clustering algorithms (K-means) identified important customer categories and forecasted conversion likelihood. Using quantitative research methodology, the study examined 50,000 customer records, considering session-specific, behavioural, and demographic characteristics. Features were extracted using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and the models were assessed using ROC AUC, accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score metrics. The findings showed that XGBoost performed better in recall (46.67%) and F1 score (0.4882), whereas Random Forest had greater accuracy (60%) and ROC AUC (0.4597). Cluster assignment had little effect on conversion, but PCA-derived features were the most important predictors. These results imply that AI-powered neuromarketing can forecast conversion behaviour and efficiently segment customers, allowing for more individualised marketing tactics. This study advances the industry by showing how cutting-edge AI methods can reveal hidden customer trends, improving network retail marketing effectiveness. Targeted advertising efforts, enhanced consumer interaction, and improved conversion tactics are some of the real-world ramifications.

The article discusses current approaches to assessing the economic efficiency of organizational and technological decisions made in the implementation of construction projects. The authors propose to use a system of indicators that reflect the impact of rationalization of design solutions on the cost, scope of work and the need for fixed and working capital. Particular attention is paid to the variant design of the organization of construction, taking into account the different duration and financial capabilities of construction organizations. It is emphasized that when comparing work production plans (PPR), the one that provides minimum costs and rational use of resources while maintaining the construction time is economically preferable. Thus, the effectiveness of the decisions made is evaluated through an increase in profit due to an increase in the volume of work performed and a reduction in costs. The work also highlights the gaps in the development of the theoretical foundations of production process management in construction and emphasizes the importance of lean construction concepts as a promising area of research.
